1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of wefitwraps.uk (“the site”), run by We Fit Wraps (“we”, “us”). By using the site, searching for an installer, sending an enquiry or registering as an installer, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
2. What We Fit Wraps is
We Fit Wraps is a directory and enquiry service. We help customers find independent vehicle wrap, vinyl graphics and signage installers, and we pass customer enquiries on to the installers concerned. We are not the installer, we do not carry out any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between a customer and an installer.
3. Estimates and prices
Prices and totals shown on the site are indicative estimates worked out from the installer’s stated day rate, travel terms, overnight costs and team size, and the distance to your job. They are not quotations or offers. Travel distances are approximate, and a stopover is assumed for some longer, multi-day jobs. The final price, availability and timing must always be agreed directly with the installer, and we cannot guarantee that an installer is available or will take on a job.
4. Customers
- Information you give in an enquiry should be accurate and complete.
- Any contract for the work is between you and the installer. You are responsible for agreeing the specification, price, timing and payment with them.
- When you send an enquiry, we may pass your details and the job information to the installer(s) concerned.
5. Installers
- You confirm that the information in your listing, including your skills, ratings, prices and service area, is accurate and kept up to date.
- You are an independent business. Nothing on the site makes you our employee, agent or partner.
- You are responsible for your own skills, insurance, health and safety, tax and legal compliance, and for the quality of your work.
- Enquiries are passed to you through us. You agree not to use customer details for anything other than responding to and carrying out the enquiry.
- We may remove or suspend a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or in breach of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to other people’s information, copy the directory by automated means, or send false or abusive enquiries.
7. Our responsibility
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for the standard, timing or cost of any work carried out by an installer, or for any agreement between a customer and an installer.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity arising from use of the site.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design and its content (other than content supplied by installers) belong to us or our licensors. Installers keep ownership of the content they upload but give us permission to display it on the site for the purpose of running the directory.
9. Changes and ending use
We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
